I was a big old journalism nerd back in school (OK, not only in high school) and is one of the things I most vividly recalls the journalism rooms to my high school, that it seemed like it was always cold. I think it only me, I would have about that because cold, most of the time I that, but it's a shame, then shrugs knew.
A shrug of the shoulders is in fact a garment that provides a little (or much, equipped for my shrug, which has long sleeves) poor coverage and has a piece of fabric-knit or other mode-across through the back, generally the same length as the width of the sleeve, although some can increase and decrease are included.
A short-sleeved shrug of the shoulders is the perfect summer and fall early accessories, because they are small enough to stuff in your bag or backpack, whenever you need them.
